Actually, it isn't a mystery at all. I was just too lazy to write down the name of the builder and the specifications of the airplane. One interesting feature of the airplane is that it has three dimensional surface details instead of ink lines. Close up, they are interesting but too subtle for my taste. I was struck that the airplane was adequately powered and very light. It might be very competitive but I wonder about the leadouts and the vertical CG.
