Very nice pics thanks for sharing!! I never get tired at looking at airplanes and the unique paint jobs they sport.

Thinking about that first picture......I used to look at those KA-10 style Eastern Bloc stunters and think they looked pretty goofy. But, the more I see them, I'm begibnning to think they look pretty cool.

Did they fly well?

Yes . . . it flew well. It's Eugene Yakolev's ship. All take apart and about 56oz. Retro Discovery 60 powered. I had the pleasure of attending the FAI WC with PAMPA's webmaster Steve Yampolsky, who speaks fluent Russian. We had a great time talking with Eugene and the Yatsenko brothers, too.

Yakolev burned a lot of fuel that week.
