Yesterday team rootbeard went out for a flight session we gave my brother the honors of flying first on his solid wing ShoeString. He got a little to radical with it and nose planted it. His landing gear was a little banged up, nothing some pliers could not fix. Next, I flew my flite streak. I did some wing overs at first and was feeling brave so I waited until the wind was at my back. I pulled up and started my loop, but I got a little scared and became inverted for a short while. I quickly gave it up and closed off the loop a few feet of the ground. That was way to close I told myself, I will save it for another day. The rest of the time I stuck to climbs, dives, and wingovers. My dad flew next on the steak. He is already doing loops on his other plane, and I know he can do it with the flite steak. The only thing holding him back is the off chance he smacks it. That’s half the fun, and I would not be disappointed to see it in a few pieces, I think I done the worse that can be done to it. We still smack it every time on the landing, but I think we might go and get some big 3" wheels. After that we ran out the 32' lines and my brother flew the tank. Let’s just say he has now joined the loop club. He made it do a back flip more than a loop, it looked pretty cool. The day was setting on our perfect flight day and my dad wanted to fly the tank. But the Norvel would not start and we were burning day light. The only thing is my Wizard was sitting on the flight line without any fuel on it. So I asked my dad if I could fly the wizard before the day was over and being the nice kind person that he is he said sure. That was the entire reason of us going out there, to see if I built something that was air worthy. We fired the black widow and It flew perfect no trimming was required and the fail safe works great, but I have yet to test it in a real situation. I never thought it would fly right on the first try. I had a lot of help from people on this message board and advice from my dad, so thank you.

I am rootbeard's kid I am 13 years old and enjoy flying control Line.
