Looking through e-bay and came across two c/l engines (MVVS) that are 2.5 -sized. I assume, but don't know that this is cc instead of cubic inch. I know that, on car engines, approximately 60 ci is one litre of volume. Does anyone know about what size a 2.5 model motor equates to?

You've got it...you just haven't done all the math!
If 60 (actually 61) cubic inches = one liter, that's 1000 cc.
A 10cc engine is 1/100th of that, or .61 cubic inches (that's why we have '60's').
A quarter of that, or 2.5 cc is .15+ cubic inches...the nearly standard engine of a lot of international CL competition. FAI speed, combat, racing and FF power all are based on 2.5cc engines.

By the way, both the glow and diesel versions of the MVVS 2.5 seem to be excellent runners.
