Contact Information for Dan Winship

I can't seem to find a pointer to the wonderful file that
Dan Winship made called "Painting_Techniques".

I think there was a link to it on the Flightlines Web Page,
but that is no help to me now.

I found the Winship Models web page, but he doesn't include
contact information.

I think this file is the most complete work I've
seen on the subject.
