This Friday morning at 10:00am my 19 year old son will graduate from the Marine Corps basic training. While he was there he made Expert Marksman, one of only 7 out of a platoon of 40+. Very high score on the 500 yard range. Thats better than my eyes work any more. Request on departure from the gradution is a dinner at El Torrito and a very cold beer when he gets home. I guess I can fulfill that beer request, he's not driving anywhere!

I build more planes than I fly, collect more engines than I'll ever use. That about says it, right?

May I suggest breaking out that Ringmaster for one good ol' time to remember? You know I've been wanting to see the Viking and Galaxy fly too...Whatya say? I got fuel...

I also congratulate, and thank you and your son for this great sacrifice. Thank God we have such brave young men who will take on this dangerous and demanding job, for no other reason, than it has to be done. If it were not for them, what would we do?
