John and his contest staff made what is, in my opinion, the best Philly Flyers contest yet. It could not have gone better.
The highlight for me and for many others, I'm sure, was Mike Palko's electric stunter. Seems like all activity on the field stops when he flys it.
TERRIFIC!!!

I had a great time!

It was well worth the trip from central VA.

Despite the terrifying weather forecast, there were loads of contestants and everybody had a great time. The weather turned out just fine, showing forecasting still has a ways to go.

Another highlight of the event was seeing Banjock's TD .010 powered Bi-Slob zoom around!

Thanks to the Philly guys for another great event!

The Philly meet was loads of fun. My dad and I both had a great time. The contest was ran really nice and was a laid back contest. The electric stunter was really cool and flew really nice. I liked watching it fly through the pattern.

John and the Gang-

Al and I are so sorry we missed a reat day. Living the Rock and Roll lifestyle is really cutting into our flying time. We were going to come late, but we got home at 6:00 am on Sunday. Having been awake for a solid 24 hours, sleep seemed to take presedence. It sounds like a great day was had, we missed all of you. Maybe next year I can align a paying gig the night before in the Phila. area and stay over! Hope to see you all soon, maybe at our club picnic on the 29th of August.

Where do you guys meet ? There are no C/L clubs in Delaware where I live. By the way, are Dave Downey and Joe Adamusko members of your club ? If so, they work at the same place I do and I can get info from them.
