I have this OS.32F that has delivered me many, many hours of good flying, and a new OS.25VF that has a couple of gallons on it.
Interestingly, when i turn the shaft of the 32 (no glow plug) between my thumb and index fingers it's still tough to get to and past the TDC, while the .25VF (that I broke in the way ABC engines are suposed to be) offers a LOT less resistance when rotated the same way.
I'm not complaining , the .25 starts at the first flip and delivers a lotta power, but the doubt remains:
Was the OS.32F built with more "pinch" than the OS.25VF?
Maybe Brett or Jonh Leidle or anyone familiar with both the VFs and the .32Fs could throw some light on the subject.
