OK - What do you use to seal hinge lines with?

Well - after reading about Doug's plane and the excellent comments by Ted I guess I should come to the party and seal the flaps! So, what type of tape do you use? I guess you deflect the flaps as far as they will go and then apply it to the bottom of the plane. I'm just a goof around sport flyer by my last two planes have had flaps and - so far - don't fly as good as the non-flapped planes. I guess it would be good to seal the elevator also?

I use Monokote on my wings and stabs. So I use strips of Monokote to seal the gaps.

Check my thoughts on tape at Doug Moon's " My Bear--". If you do decide to use tape, make very careful observations of its effects. It will certainly have a noticable effect on the tail. I'd be interested in what you observe when a new user applies it to the wing only.
