Northwest Regionals, May 26-27-28, 2006

The Northwest Control-Line Regionals will be held in Eugene, Ore., on May 26-27-28, 2006.
Events are:
Stunt: Old-Time, Classic, P-40 (sportsman and expert classes) and four PAMPA classes.
Combat: Vintage Diesel, high-performance 1/2-A and 80 mph
Navy Carrier: Profile, Class I, Class II, .15 and Nostalgia (profile and Class I/II)
Racing: Mouse I, Mouse II, .15 Rat, Goodyear, NW Sport, NW Super Sport, Clown, Quickie Rat
Speed: 1/2-A, 1/2-A Proto, A, B, D, FAI, Jet, Formula 40, .21 Sport, .21 Proto, NW Sport Jet
Junior/Senior events: Class I Mouse Race and Northwest Sport Race

The schedule for the Regionals has been revised slightly. The revision does not affect stunt but does juggle the speed, scale and racing events a bit. The full Regionals flyer (with some details still tentative) can be downloaded as a PDF from the Regionals Web forum:

Details of the Swap Meet associated with the 2006 Regionals have been nailed down, thanks to Bob Stalick and the Willamette Modelers.
The Swap Meet will be held at the Oregon Air & Space Museum, which is at Eugene Airport not far from the flying site.
The doors will open for sellers at 4:30 p.m. on Regionals Saturday and entry for others is at 5 p.m., with the closing time at 8 p.m. Tables cost $6 each for sellers; admission to the swap meet costs $2 and includes admission to the museum dislays.
A flyer with all the details will be posted in the files section of the Regionals forum as soon as it is available.
