I've posted before, but now when I go to make a reply and click on the "Click here to choose your file" line, that screen comes up for an instant and then disappears. I click on the line again, the screen comes up and disappears. So I'm unable to attach a picture. I assume it may be something in my computer settings, but I can't figure out what.
Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.
