can not view updated main forum page

I seem to have my computer stuck on a setting that will not allow me to see the current main forum page. I have the "lil Jumpin Bean" topic stuck at the top, with numerous "refresh" tried.

I have tried to delete all the cookies, and history, but no help. What next? I am stuck like this for two days now.
