inability to log on to anything

I have logged on twice As old rebel with a password ***** since change in access to Forum. On list of members I found earlier I was listed twice. No matter how I try to contact anyone useing both Capital and small lettrs with or with out spaces between old rebel I can't. I am not good at useing computer so can you delete the log on names and reinstall as olrebel with ***** as password
