What gives? I sign on to the forum, and the posts seem to be arranged by rating, and not chronological order as in the past. Am I the only one to be affected by this? Is there something I need change in order to go back to seeing the latest posts first?

It is you, Carl, but fortunately it is easy to fix. At the top left of the forum there will be a line that says "topics sorted by..." and, in your case it probably says rating.

At the top of the forum is a dark blue bar with these headings in it:

Sort Topics by..... Topic ID | Discussion Topic | Author | Last Updated Date/Time | Views | Rating

Click on "Last Updated date/Time" and you will be back to how the default is set (and how you were used to seeing it in the past). You undoubtedly clicked on the "rating" by accident. Easy to do, and then if you don't know what you did...

At the bottom right (way at the bottom, but above "select another...") under each posting there is a line that says "Rate this topic. When you click on this a pop up window appears in which you have a chance to rate it according to a scale of 1 to 10. I have the forum set so you need at least two people to rate it before the rating appears. If you think the topic stinks, give it a 1. If you think it is a "must read by everyone" give it a 10.

I just gave this topic my rating (I consider it educational, and you aren't the first one to accidentally click the sort and not realize what you did.) If you rate it, then the consensus rating will appear. Anyone else who rates it hereafter will then affect the total score accordingly.

OK, now go and rate every topic on the forum.
