Something to look out for!

After recent main page crash, I was not able to log into forums. I entered correct username and password information and the page didn't say it was wrong information. It just put me back into the main page but the link on the top showed that I still wasn't logged in. I tried loggin in from inside one of the discussions just to see if it was a main page problem. Still no go!

Just for the heck of it, I removed my local cookie file and tried to re-log in. It worked!!!!!

If you are having problems logging into SSW forums, chances are your cookie file is corrupt. If you are using Internet Explorer, the following instructions will help you delete your cookies:

1) go to Tools menu and select 'Internet Options'
2) Click on 'Delete Cookies' button. When it askes to delete, click 'OK' button
3) click 'OK' button at the bottom of 'Internet Options' window to close it.
4) Exit Internet Explorer, Start it back up and try to log into SSW forums.

For those who do not wish to delete all cookies, just go to the cookie file on your computer (I am using XP. Go to start, my computer, local disk c, Documents and Settings, (your file, however it is named), cookies. From here just delete the cookie with your name followed by clstunt ("Leonard Neumann@clstunt") and www.clstunt.

Then try again using this link and you should be OK:

Had the same problem, deleted the clstunt cookies, and now all is right with the world. Long live SSW!

I actually got this problem too, bud deleting cookies did not help. The reason was, they are also buffered in "temporary internet files". I deleted them also in temporary files, and it looks it works again.
