Can't log in correctly

When I login it seems to be accepted but no welcome message and every time I try to reply to a thread it just keeps asking for another login. There are no error messages it just goes from reply to login back to an empty reply box. I've tried asking for a new password and that doesn't work either. It must have been changed because the old password now gives an error but the new one just does as above.

This is all fairly recent. What am I doing wrong ?
