OK, I give up. I work with photos a lot and upload them to eBay all the time, but get an error message when trying to upload here - "contact system administrator".
Any ideas? Thanks!

How big are your pictures? I have set an arbitrary 50K limit in size just to keep down loads to a reasonable limit. Size your pictures so the width is no more than 800 pixels (600 x 800) and then compress them and you can get a JPEG down to 25K easily enough.
I too have a problem uploading images to this forum, I am aware of the size limitation and always size my pics to conform with your limits, but still I get the upload error. I use Irfanview utility and I never have trouble elsewhere. Maybe I am just getting too Old!!!!!!!!.

Do you have a pop up eliminator installed? There is a pop up screen that appears when you click on "Click here to choose your file" under "attachment" in the message box.
I am using Zonealarm as a firewall, and maybe this is the source of my touble, I will disable and try a pic.

Yup, the forum software has to talk to your computer, and if the computer won't let it, well, woops!

Yup, I found out that I have to turn off Zone Alarm to upload pics too.
