Anyone out there have full-size kit plans from Sterling's C-series Ryan S-T? If so, let's talk.

Hi, Uncle Mikey.
Who has the Cub engines?
At the last MECA EXPO in Henderson, NV, I ran into a Dave Brebeck from Mohawk, NY. He is reissuing them and has most engines and parts except diesels. Okay, now the bottom line. Who has some diesels, new or used but in running condition and reasonably clean.

A clean workbench is usually the signs of a sick mind. Mine is a mess and placemnet on the floor is important.

Did you find the Ryan S-T plans yet. I saw a kit on ebay but the price went through the roof. All I could get for a down to earth price was a Sterling Monocoupe and 1 1/2 Ringmaster Jr's.

Mike, I have a Sterling Ryan ST #C-7 kit. Are you just looking for a copy of the plan? It's one sheet apporx. 35" x 45". - Jim

I would be interested in plans and parts patterns for this model also. My Father in law has a partial put together airplane, and some other bits and pieces. It is a neat looking airplane. Please keep me posted!

Dan, The Sterling Ryan ST plan does not show patterns for the parts, only patterns on the plan are for the sheeting for the fuse. - Jim

Hi Jim; Is ther a wing plan? If you have the die cut sheets, sometimes just photo copying those yields useable patterns. That would probably be good enough for me.

Dan, The plan does show the wing full size as you build the wing over the plan. I think all the wing ribs are the same size as the wing does not taper down to the tips. I'm waiting to hear from Mike to see if he wants a copy of the plan also before I make any copies. I could make a xerox of the balsa sheet with the wing ribs and there may be a loose wing rib in the kit that i could copy too. Will that help you? - Jim

Mike & Dan, I sent the Sterling Ryan S-T plans out to both of you this afternoon (Monday) USPS priority. You should have them in 2 to 3 days. I emailed both of you with your USPS tracking numbers.
