If you have one available it would be easy to reproduce it. Or if you would make a mold I can do that also. For me to make the mold, I would also need a frontal view that shows the bulkhead where the rear of the canopy mounts. If I make the mold it would take me several hours and be expensive. If you have one I can copy the cost would be a few dollars.

Unfortunately I don't have a front view and don't have another one. I bought the plans and I am building from scratch.

What material do I use to make a mold ?

What is easiest to shape for you would work but if it is soft then a "hard cover" is needed. Balsa works well but if you use balsa it is too soft unless you cover it with something like fiberglass. I have had some balsa molds sent to me and they had to be reworked because they showed the wood grain. Any wood needs to be covered with something that will fill the grain unless it is a very hard wood with tight grain.
Since the bottom changes direction when it touches the flat surface the mold is sitting on, you need to add about 1/2" of material at the botttom to make this transition .

I can probably make it - IF - I could get a mold for it or the easiest would be to have you lend me one to copy. My limitations are 14" long X 3 1/2" high. I am not able to take the time to carve molds at this time.

it back when we're done with it . I'll get back with you when
I get it.
