Wanted Sterling Folker D-V11 C-6 kit

I have the Newport 28/ Se5-A/Waco/ Stearman PT-17 and looking for the Folker. Just turned 60 last weekend and hope to withdraw from the work rat race in a couple of years. That has been main reason for alot of items I have offered for sale. I have stocked items that suite what I want to play with when retirerment comes. I like UC and FF and don't lock in on one form of plane building. Stunt/ carrier/combat/B-taem race etc. I know ebay has the Folker but want to try here first. It is not a high gotta have deal.
I always am buying/ selling/trading as for the most part is fun. Some are keepers/ some are not and interests change. I have redone several Johnson's/ Veco's/ K&B Greenies/ and have several nice McCoy R/H for these Sterling bipes.

Hi Dankar. The sterling C6 kit is the SE5A. To the best of my knowledge of the Sterling line, they never kitted the Fokker D VII in CL.

Sterling DID INDEED kit the Fokker D VII, 32-1/2" wingspan, kit no. C-8, oringally sold for $4.95, there is one on E-bay now, E-bay no. 180039693862 in the second production box colors.

According to the box Wing Span is 34" length is 27" Kit C-8

Strange...I'm looking at an a Sterling ad that lists the C-8 Fokker D-VII as being 32" span, not 34".

I have a nice bench tested only OS Max .35S with muffler/box to trade for the Folker if interested. Engine is readty to go in super shape.

I missed that "1/2" part at first glance. 1955 Sterling ad does show 32.5" span for the D-VII.

This was one of the first CL planes I ever built, Fokker D-VII. I am pretty sure it was a Sterling. I was only bilding it for static display. Half way through I ended up headed to the hospital for 11 stitches on two fingers. Dang #11! That was 21 years ago and still have the scars and not much feeling in the tip of my middle finger on my left hand. Didnt attempt CL or model building in general after that for another 5 or 6 years. It finally took that time.
