Machanical Fuel Shut Off

Hello. I'm looking for some old/vintage fuel shut off valves. I think Stanzel made one type, not sure. The ones I'm thinking about are about 1&1/2" long and about 1/4 or 3/8 in diameter aluminum.. They are operated by a pull rod and spring. I would apprecite anyone's help.

Texas Timers makes a remote shut off that sounds somewhat like your description. It's often used on free flight airplanes. Not exactly but maybe usable.

I have either the original or a drawing of the fuel shutoff used in
U-Control racing. They were made by Kustom Kraftsmanship. Tripped by a full down jerk of the control handle.

Melvin Schuette sells these all ready to go. MBS products. His are the u-shaped ones with a spring- held release that pinches the fuel line on application of full up/down. Sorry, I've lost his e-mail address. He's in Topeka, Kansas. Found it: [email protected]

Sorry for the delay, I was unexpectedly out of town.

Drawing in the mail, no charge when I find it. Also have a few parts from one I used when racing. You can have that also, my racing days are over.

Are you thinking of the berekey fuel shut offs (1950's) that were spliced in between the fuel line? ~ .25 dia with 1/8 rod out the top. hope that helps. Dana
