Pre CL-3 Van Loo Chipmunk

Hey guys,

I am getting ready for an interstate move (Arizona here we come!)and the wife and I agree that some "stuff" has to go...

I am offering up the SIG pre CL-3 Jim Van Loo Chipmunk that I scored last year. This was not an easy decision.

If you do a search here on SSW on the key word "Loo" you can get the whole story, but the thing about this kit is it was the first run that SIG did on this plane and this particular kit is one of four known to still exist. Super rare...

I know that for some my asking price will be obscene... But I saw a CL-3 kit in simular condition go for around $300 on eBay right around Christmas time... This one is far more rare than the CL-3 (which is rare in itself!)

What I am asking is $265 shipped anywhere in the lower 48 States...
I will pay for shipping, insurance, and confirmation.
Feel free to make an offer (email me or private message please) I would MUCH rather see this go a SSW contributor than an eBay wolf but I need MOVING CASH!

It just so happens that I will be there (Mesa) this weekend house and car shopping. I don't think I will get a chance to shoot down to Tucson this trip... Easter and all... I am bringing the wife and kids and have several aunts and uncles, etc... for birthday and Easter celebrations. It's lookin' real busy!
I plan on coming out several more times before moving... But hope to be packed and ready by/before the end of May... Hope I don't miss the Joust!
