I bought this ST 46 about 3 years ago at Toledo. I really didn't take a good look at the engine and didn't know what I was doing either. Now that I have some knowledge I noticed that the mounting holes are drilled out big time. Also there is a chunk missing out of the fins. Any one have a nice ST V 46 crankcase that they want to sell? Thaks

Still looking for the crankcase. Any ideas who might have one? Been watching ebay with no luck. I need a chrankcase with the muffler lugs. Thanks

I have a good case with muffler lugs. I have to dig it out. Make an offer. Parts for these are very hard to find,especialy a case. Regards,Dan.

Bill sounds good,I need to find it first. I have a good idea as to its location. I bought three St-G 21.46s from and old RC flyer with some parts. The case was with this deal. It is just a case with no bearings. I am still unpacking,but I should be done soon. Regards,Dan.

Go ahead and sell it to Bill. I sent mines to Tom Lay and it was lost in the mail. First time this ever happened to me. Sure wish I got the insurance, but I never lost anything with over 100 transactions on the Bay and other places. I did put a tracer on it but so far no luck.

Jay,I know Tom pretty well. Maybe he can get you another one. Allways get insurance,or at least tracking #. The postal system is getting worse. I had big problems with mail going to FL. from Ca. Several very late and missing payments for hobby items. Political correctness to a fault!! Dan:+

Thanks but I did not buy the motor from Tom and I really can't afford another one. One good thing is I have enough motors to last me a long time. The ST 46 will be missed and maybe it will show up. I am not getting my hopes up and will get the insurance from now on.
