Long shot question, but does anyone have one or two of the small Fancher handles they would consider selling? I bought one from Ted before he stopped making them. Now I have a setup I really like, and want to duplicate it. Many thanks!

Has anyone asked Ted if we could just purchase the metal adjusting arms? All the other parts can be bought at the LHS and the wood we could cut ourselves with a scroll saw.
I did this on my handle 'cuz my large guitar-gnarled hands would not fit into the small size handle. I made new wood parts.
Perhaps this might kill the liability issue.

Hard to believe someone has not stepped up to the plate on this opportunity. The demand is there, surely Ted has been approached as to selling the rights and tooling.
However, I covered myself on this one, ordering a couple of the larger handles Ted was closing out. A friend wanted one, he got it. And if need be the drilled arms in remaining kit will make a dandy drill guide if it comes to roll-your-own handle kits. Local hardware store had 24 x 24 sheets of .060 mild steel, so I'm set if push comes to shove.
