I do make a Chipmunk canopy for the CL3 kit. My kit box says it was designed by Jim Van Loo and modified by Mike Stott and was the 1969 contest winner. The kit was produced by Sig - molded wheel pants, cowl and canopy. This is the canopy I make - an exact copy of the one in the kit.
