Wanted – Magnum and/or Modelaire control handle

I am looking for a couple of control handles if you
have one or two and want to sell or trade for other
parts please let me know. Condition isn’t really
important as I’m interested in useable ones. So if
they are all beat up that is OK.

I'm going to try and post a couple of pictures for you.

The second photo looks like a black copy of the Sullivan handle. Any real difference?

I was very sure this was a Magnum handle but I could be wrong.

Here is a link showing handles and there are two other ones of the same design one is red and one is blue with black grip tape on it.

I hope links are permitted and if not please advise me.

The red and the black handles on the page you linked are indeed Magnum (Aldrich) Handles. The second picture in your initial post looks very similar, but I've yet to see one with the finger grooves shown there.

Our host often uses links himself, and there has never been any objection to them of which I'm aware.

The second handle is definately an Aldrich handle. He had them made in different colors for some reason. I have an orange and red one I do not use anymore as they hurt my fingers. No they are not for sell at this time. Later, DOC:)

If you like the handle(s) otherwise, I would suggest that you get a used bicycle handlebar grip whose feel you like, cut the end off to a length that fits between the arms and slide it (It takes some effort.) onto the handle. It works great. That's what I've done with mine. You should be able to get a grip (Nothing intended) at a bike shop for a song or nothing.

I have the Sullivan handel that is like the second handel you showed. I have used it to fly combat ships as it was easy to set line length. I also have a small EZ-just Hotrock handel. Both are very useable. I may have a larger EZ-just handel that is gray colored. Trade for any reasonable UC item? Dankar

PS; I have a couple of Smith's 4 oz. Unifow tanks used and in good shape too.
