Need a Needle for Fox 25

After Ryan's last attempt at an Outside loop he used the needle as a landing gear. It got a little bent. I tried to bend it back but I think I made matters worse.
Here is a picture of what he has.

That needle is the same as is used on the current version Fox 25BB. It was also used on the 15X,19/25 and probably a few others.Duke didn't waste anything. It's still available from Fox.

I'd go ahead and keep on flying 'til you got the new needle- but I'm not sure I'd run that prop any longer. It looks cracked near the hub.Best regards, dale g

Hi Paul. As an unintentional inverted lander, I would like to make a small suggestion. I drill two small holes in the fuselage near the needle valve and insert a "U" shaped wire. This prevents the needle from being bent in those occasional inverted opps landings. Just a suggestion. Ty:)

I cant' tell from the pic but inside the spring is there a solid piece? Or all spring?

It's one spring and the needle is one long screw.

I had an idea to fix it (same way I repaired a needle for a Fox 35 Stunt), but I don't think it will work on the type of needle you have.

Wire on the nose, now that's an idea. We will give it a try until the outside loops are mastered.
