i just wanted to comment on the percision pro handle--I was referred to one at the clovis contest by Brett, B. I immediately experienced a feel for the model that I had previously not had..Actually, I had not felt so connected to a stunt model since the days of using Windys' handles back in the 80's...I had returned to using the bar, multi -adjuster handles because I felt that I could improve the models' tracking ability by closing the line space, moving bar forward etc...However, In that process, i lost complete ability to accurately manipulate the model via my handle..It had gotten so bad that there was actually a serious "delay time" from moving handle, to model deflecting...I was adapting to a flawed approach and suffereing greatly as a result...The "Hot Rock" handle, very popular with stunt flyers' in the 60's & 70's was limited in its ability to adjust. The handle has excellent model/reponse characteristics, if you want to use a handle to quicken your model's turning capacity, this is the type of handle to use. However, the plastic, poor cable set-up always turned me off. Ted's "Percision Pro" handle is hot. It has the "Hot Rock" design/size & weight feel, only with the ability to percisely adjust regarding flight trim issues. I believe the most important feature is the hard point characteristic..If you have not tried this feature or handle type, give yourself a gift and try it...I will never fly w/cable again.
I have flown W/solids,the handle provides a very simialr feel concerning response and connection W/model..Only without the hassel and/or risk of using solids.
The handle has improved my flying quicker than I can say: "Percision Pro"..Thanks Ted...David
