Just wanted to say how pleased I am with the PA 40 that Randy Smith recently went through. This was #21, a very early one from Bill Rich which was finally tired. The work was super, the engine better than ever, and turn around was quick!
Aaron is now using it in his Satana and it runs perfectly.

I would suggest that everyone send those engines back to the original engine man (or to one of the guys who work on engines if it was stock) and get them redone when they start to act a little finiky.
