I too find that sort of thing distasteful - so have not followed any of the threads. If we all do that, they will sink into oblivion where they belong in my opinion

The problem is, you are the ones who are keeping it going. It was a simple thread telling of the final outcome of the latest law suit brought by John Brodak against several of the PAMPA members. Most of us on this forum were aware of John's action. Most of us deplored it. A large number offered their financial support so that he couldn't simply ram rod his way through the courts because he had the cash and those who were being sued didn't. Those so involved deserved to know the outcome. (And, for the record, this forum was even mentioned in the law suit.)

Then some, perhaps unaware of what was going on, asked for more details. These were given including the public records. I see nothing wrong with that. Again, if you don't want to read this, don't. And when somebody trolls in trying to make it look as if John was the victim, well, you can expect there will be responses to that.

As I said, if you don't respond to this thread, it will die. If you don't respond to the other threads speaking of the outcome of John's latest lawsuit where he again got thrown out of court, don't respond to it and it will die. And if you troll in, it will stay right at the top of the forum.
