Help! Something BAD is happening to my Monokote!

My Monokoted Perky and Super Clown have been kept upstairs. Since much of the downstairs heat goes upstairs, the thermostat up there is kept relatively low (55 degrees).

I took a look at my planes today and HOLY COW! Big wrinkles are appearing on both the wing and flat covering. I mean BIG wrinkles!

Has anyone else had a similar problem? When the weather warms up, say June 1st, will the wrinkles go back from whence they came?

The Bi-Slob Monokote has stayed tight. I've been rebuilding it downstairs by the wood stove.

Both the original ARF covering and the repaired patches on Super Clown are wrinkled. However, the new Perky right wing is less wrinkled than the five year old left wing.

I'm not gonna do anything until I hear back from you folks.

My silkspan covered Li'l Duper Zilch is also stored upstairs and looks good as new.

When it get's real dry in the winter here my planes get some wrinkes.As the humidity come back they look better.If they are not to bad you could give them a little tightening but if it is real dry and your climate is damp in the summer I would just leave it and see if it tightens up as the wood get's some moisture back in it.
