I'm going to skip a few photos and show were I'm at on the Colossus prototype

it's taped together

the cowl, top & bot blocks are sanded, everything else needs to be shaped and sanded.

Hi John,
It will be covered with silkspan and dope but luckily not by me.

I have had several inquiries to purchase the prototype but only one guy will have the honor to do all that work.

Guys:

I had the pleasure of seeing the Colossus up close and personal this evening. Very, very nice indeed!! It was sitting on the work bench in my shop, but, alas, it did not stay there. Walter took it back home with him.

If you fly 60 size airplanes, you really need to give some serious consideration to this one.

I have to agree with Bill,when I felt how lite it was I knew it was gonna be a great 60 size stuntship.very nice workmanship! I may have to build one for myself as soon as I complete the new workshop.
