Which wood prop is more suitable for Stunt?

Topflite Power Point
Zinger Pro
Zinger
Masterairscrew

I have been using only TF PowerPoint and wondering if I should try other props.

For example Zinger has the Standard square tips and the Pro ones, for some reason the standard one "looks" better me for stunt, or the Pro woul make a better choice?

Engines I have been using are Enya 45 6001, ST 60 and Saito 72

Have you checked out Hawk Props? These are pretty good and come already balanced.

I do like your choice of engines. The Enya 6001 is one of my favorites. It will do fine on a Topflite or Hawk 11-6. They do like a little blade area but should do well on the power point also. It never hurts to experimant but Zingers have always seemed less than ideal to me.

I haven't tried the TF PP 11x6 on the 45. It seems to be doing fine with the 12x6. On my setup it doesn't do 4-2-4 it runs constant, very constant. I have it on a Pathfinder and I use Enya #3, 7,5%N 11% Synt 11% Castor fuel. Venturi is 0.295 with a brunie filter that I remove on very hot and humid days. It will hold any RPM I set. I launch at 8200-8300RPMs. It will do a 4-2-4 if I launch at 7600rpm but the plane will fly toooo slow.

I didn't know about this maker of wood props. Are they made in Australia? Do they have a website with more information about the company?

Importing anything into Brazil is very expensive. Import rate is 60% over the price of the item plus the freight, I call it leagal robbery.

That's why I have to come here to ask for recomendations of what to get. For us to get anything from overseas it has to be good, other wise it will be a significant financial loss.

I got some of those Hawk props and they are excellent and I'm a guy who designs and manufactures my own props if that tells you anything. Nice company to order from too, I'll do business with them again.

good reference

Let me ask you this, between the Zinger and the Zinger Pro with a curved tip, which one would think work best for os 40/46LA ST G51

The packet they come in says "Hawk" "Made in China" and that is all. But they are a very nice prop. Similar in shape to the Old Top Flight.

I got mine from Bill Swan here in Oz. Bri-Stunt Products. They are also available here from Model Flight who will ship overseas.
