Tried it - I can get as far as a message about pdf format, and a key that probably downloads version 7, but that's it. It looks as if this is only the top half of the window, but no facility to scroll down?

Depending on your connection, it might take a while to download as the file is 3.4 Megs. Just go and make a cuppa and come back in a while and you might find the scroll bars appear.

Otherwise sounds like you might need to reinstall Adobe Acrobat. ie unistall old one first then install vers 7.0

Something else you could try, right mouse click on this link

and choose "Save Target As" then save the file on your computer and open it from Windows without using Internet Explorer.
