Is PAMPA no longer sending Stunt News in Disc format?

Buzz...As I understand it, the CD is still mailed out, but it is mailed out after the printed versions are done and mailed. Being mailed by 1st Class, they should still arrive first.

I have not downloaded SN off the website, and don't intend to. It's not my job, not what I paid for, and when the official disc comes, I'd have two copies, which I don't need. I'd be tempted to give one away to a non-member, and I don't think we need that, either. I do like the CD vs. the print format. I think my eyes like reading it better, and the pictures are relatively wonderful! Steve

Due to the high cost of gasoline I had to walk to the mailbox yesterday.

Pepped me up so much I ran all the way back to the house without stopping

We're still waiting to see the 1st Class print copies here in Tucson.

My CD arrived today --- which was kind of a surprise since it was supposed to be a 1st Class magazine mailing.

Minor glitch. Dave & Tom were notified, and you can bet they'll square the printer/mailer away pronto! Those gent's operate at warp speed. Print copy will probably be here "more skosh".

My CD arrived Friday. Another superb issue that all the columnists, authors, and the Editor can be proud of.

The SN editorial/production staff is leading the way in this computer age by producing a high quality product available through SEVERAL electronic distribution channels in addition to the printed version.

I carefully compared the two digital versions. If you are not going to print out the color photos or don't demand super high-quality print, the on-line version is totally acceptable. As seen on your computer screen, it is indistinguishable from the CD version. While I didn't try it, I would expect that the higher resolution version on the CD might print somewhat better.

The bottom line here is that perhaps the on-line version would be acceptable to many people, thus saving PAMPA some bucks.

Again, kudos to Tom et al.

I guess some of us are just more proviledged than others.
My Magazine arrived almost two weeks ago and my CD arrived last thursday.
It pays to be nice to your mail man (person).
