Actually, we havnt manadged to figure that out ourselves !

Merco 49 . Dont tell anyone it weighs 71 Oz.
So 5.2 a lap + is rather good once youve got
used to the wing not falling off.

Four strokeing on a wood 12 x 6 on 15 - 20 % nitro
beats the 11 x 6 top flite hands down . Apologies for the
artistic quality of the next photo .

Cut a set off ribs for a 73 1/2 span P-38 based
on this wing. pointier tips. And a smaller
Mew Gull, 64 span , 10 : 1, A.R. for the ST 46.

The inner wings a roptical delusion . !

About 7/8 " differance or 1 3/4 " longer inner.
to carry the weight of the lines ,and lift / turn
it out if it all turns to custard.

Flaps are about the same span as the tailplane.

Surprisingly doesnt have any flight 'issues'.
apart from scareing the pilot,70 ft lines
and its still 'close '.

will have to make the effort of painting the next
one in the scale colour scheme . White , dark geen tips
and black registration markings.Canopy a bit more blown at the
canopy / screen join line.
