Who is AMA #20794?

I am just wondering who this person may be. I got ahold of a neat little semi-scale plane with this AMA number on it. The model appears to be 20 years old or more, and I'd like to find out some info on it. Please don't ask me for a photo as I've never been able to get them to post on this site.
