Stewart Henderson says it all on the Balsa Beavers' web site.

Check it out. It's a good report on:

The continuiation of F2d at the T&D,
F2d, full dubs with 13 entries.
LA 25 Racing,
Speed Limit Combat.

Our faithful workers in rain gear. The show went on despite intermitant showers. Thanks for the help.

Brad LaPointe, our host, taken a few weeks prior to the event.

As Pat mentions, it was a bit wet at times, but the scheduled actiivites went on. We lost a bit practice and fun fly time. Still more good time than bad.

What is missing from the report is a description of the centre during the LA25 racing finals.
The rain turned what is normally a hard packed dirt/gravel surface into a very slick clay mud.
It was amazing that none of us fell over as it was a battle to keep your footing.

I watched Daniel slide 1'-2' at times pulled forward by his model.

The combat centre was similarly slick at times, but you don't spend quite as much time spinning around flying combat and you are only 2 up.
