Calculating Leadout Position

I am looking for a copy of the LineXX (whatever the most current version is) program for calculating the leadout position. I searched this forum and found a link to http://www.somethinxtra.com/lineiii.htm. This link would not work for me. Could someone please direct me to a viable location for the program? Thanks

Ok, this is going to seem like a silly question, so warm up your flamethrowers! When it calculates the leadout position as being, say, 1.05" aft of the CG, is it referring to the forward leadout or the centre point of the two, or what?
