Need Help With A Hawker Tempest

Hi, I recently received a plan for a C/L Hawker Tempest, wing construction looks very unusual and I'm not quite sure how to tackle it. The plan came from American Modeler magazine March 1962. If anyone is able to email me a scan of the construction article, I'd be most greatful. I know it's a very old magazine, I'm just hoping someone might still have a copy.
I've tried all my usual sources without any luck. I'd really like to build this model, just need to get a handle on the best way to build the wing.
