Whatever happened to Robert Eireman?

He used to put out a large list of used engines and also kits. Just doing some cleaning out and came across his name and wondered if he was still active?

Bob Boumstein publishes a monthly list of engines available. His descriptions are very brief, but adequate for decision-making. Prices are pretty reasonable, too.

I've bought from Uncle Bob and others including Dave Mayer and Burnis. It was just that Robert Eiremans list was so large. He used to have a link at the MECOA site.
Hadn't seen Uncle Bobs site though. Just got his list by email.
I just wondered if Robert was still around, I wasn't really looking for anything, just an idle thought!

I used to buy and trade with him too but lost track of where he is. Last time I talked with him (many yrs ago) he was newly married and shifting life styles...doing a rental property in another state or something. Anyway, his son was starting to sell his model stuff on ebay and I noticed the published list kept getting smaller. Robert said he was selling it faster on ebay than ever before. Finally the list went away and I've not heard of it since. He was an interesting guy with a lot of cl experience. I think he told me he had 150 flying CL planes for personal use and wouldn't sell any when I asked.
