Wettest june and july in history

Well it's raining again in southern ontario 181 mm so far this month we usually average 70 mm so no flying again this weekend
On the plus side water levels are back to normal and the fishing is the best it's been in years....lol

Wet months do reduce the amount of flying you get to do. Remenber one year when the field was covered by 2.5 feet (763 mm) of water for 6 weeks. Bad thing is they wouldn't let us fly float planes, run boats, or even fish. Talk about being a spoilsport, seems like they were taking lessons from my wife.

I wondered what happened to all of our July rain!

It hasn't rained here in Portland OR, for almost a month! None in the forecast either.
