Where were you and the gang hiding on Saturday? I was looking around but my brothers to the East were nowhere to be seen. Guess I will have to hit the Beanfield once this year to catch you guys.

While it seems many fliers chose to enter a world cup contest that had no chance of being completed, we spent two full days at the F2D practice field and had it basically all to ourselves.

No, however I am grateful to Muttley for coming through with the first round scores in my favorite sport! I can't seem to find FAI results as easily as sports results on television or the newspaper.

#26 sourceAre my eyes going bad? I can't find any Berenger names from France. What's the story with them? I thought they'd be out for bear again this year. I found four French flyers but not a Berenger among them. That's a surprise to me.

Beringers are in Oshkosh selling airplane parts. Neither they nor Serge Delabarde are on the French team. Too bad, because Rich Lopez brought them some Beringer wine from California.

France With completely new team. Look at the registration table , old ones guys have not been registered. They may support more new guys to refresh the team? I do not think there any ambitious with some kind of protest against some thing happened.We can ask Beringer on his site, later on he is having no time now for response.

He's serious. He has a flight on the board today from the grass circle. It went six minutes and 58 seconds. Yesterday's quit after the first loop of the clover. He didn't get landing points either, because he didn't coast far enough.

You had better explain that to the rest of the world. Paul used ping pong balls for the draws to determine circle and order of flights during the Nats. Each person drew his own ping pong ball and in that way couldn't accuse anyone of rigging the order.

Could someone elaborate on how the qualifications work for the World Championships? I see Paul Walker is down a ways in the pack. I would like to know if he still has a chance on qualifying. Would be nice to see USA do a clean sweep.
You would think that at the World Chanpionship level pilots would not be required to fly stunters off the grass. At least if grass was used it should be Golf course quality

Under the old rules, all WC flights are made on one circle. I presume that when they built this facility, they thought they'd only need one stunt circle. They now have one paved circle and two grass circles.
