Four blade CF prop.

Hi to All.
In another post, to show my four blade wood prop.

I decided to make in CF ... here it is the result.
I have already tested and works perfectly.
Now, I have to test it in the model in flight... when it ends ... Greetings

Looks outstanding. Could you tell us more about how you built your mold, materials and such?

Yes ...
First put a thick layer of gelcoat (blue) ...
... then, put more layers of fiberglass, the first two of 50gr ... the latter two of 100gr and 300gr for the last three.
To terminate add epoxi resin to cover everything.

But .... really big job is in the original wooden prop

When manufactured the next prop, publishes more photos of the
lamination proces.
Yes ... the original wooden prop used to make the mold ... but, do not try it testing on the engine...
