As you all are probably aware of by now, the 2011 GSSC will be held at Clovis North H.S., and not at Buchanan after all, on Sat & Sun. Oct. 29th & 30th. This is the same site as used in the past two years. Jim Aron has mailed the Flyer and I urge you to access his website for pre-registration forms so that you can return them to me ASAP. I need lots of help with Judging, Tabulation, Registration, Weigh-in, Score-sheet running etc. If you are planning on attending, I need to know now where you can help. The Best Western Clovis Cole still has plenty of rooms at this time. Their phone # is 559-299-1547. Quoted rate is $99.99/night plus tax for 2-queen beds. Remember the Sat night Banquet & PAMPA class appearance judging will be at the Senior Center located behind the hotel. Very convenient! There are less expensive motels in the area but I'm not familiar with them.

Let's pitch in to make this another successful GSSC.

I just downloaded a registration form and I don't see an OTS event. Has OT been eliminated this year?

There is OTS as shown on the flyer. The registration form only shows a couple of examples to show how to fill out the form. Sorry for the confusion.

Saturday: Classic and Old Time
