Does anyone know where I can get GOOD Spruce Wood at? I have tryed Sig and not happy with what they have to offer.

Have you tried Aircraft Spruce? A bit pricy, but very, very good.

You might also consider substituting basswood; readily available from:

Aircraft Spruce and Lonester are both excellent.

Basswod however, is nowhere near as strong nor as stiff, as spruce.

I have always been happy with the spruce from Lone Start.
