The Short kits are 100% laser cut, comes with a full size set of plans, and a special adjustable leadout guide & wing alignment jig I made specifically for this kit.

The Manx Cat IV is Circa 1957 and was marketed as a Combat plane, yes a "biplane" for combat.

Ah yes, the old Manx Cat IV from 1957.........

A friend of mind built one of these in the late 1950's and powered it with a K&B .35 greenhead. Needless to say, it was in a hurry. This is a very fun airplane.......steady as a rock, "turns on a dime and gives 9 cents change" as the magazine article said. It is very unusual looking in flight. Great airplane....may have to build one........TDurrill
