Wanted Brodak 40, Midwest Magician

Im Looking for a brodak 40 new or used in good condition. Also A Midwest Magician 35 size. A builder kit would do, Box is not important.

I have a kit that is marked Merlin. It looks like a copy of the Magician. Contact me if you are interested in this kit. ART

Brodak also kits the Magician.

FWIW, Merlin was a repro of the Magician, kitted by Joe Just back in the '90s. Way better wood than the Midwest version! I have two of 'em, myself.

I have about 10 B 40's and really don't need them all. All have had the
minimum of 20 2minute runs on them. I do this to make sure they are not defective. I had one that lost a wrist pin keeper on about the 9th run. It was replaced no questions asked. I also have some that I run for an extra 1> 1 1/2 hours to get some extra break in.I'll sell one, your choice, with a tongue muffler for $100.00 + shipping. You can e-mail me at [email protected] or call me on my cell (916) 257-7216 if your interested. Fuel used 10/22 Powermaster, prop 9x6 for break in, 10x6 for extra running time. These engines really don't come in until they get several hours of running on them.

P.S. If anybody else is interested in one, I will sell a couple more. I might not have one with the extra run in time but I would be willing to do that if you wish.
