Aero Products "Quick Silver" Delivery!!!!

Just a "Quick" note of thanks to Aero Products/Randy Smith for fine extremely timely service yet again. Had a chat yesterday afternoon about mufflers and a Bolly Prop. Hey-badda-boom-badda-bing there at my U.S. postal drop box approx. Twelve hours later. Not to shabby I'd say. U.S. Postal play a part here to of course, but Randy sure knows how to get that ball rollin'. Excellent mail order service. Thanks.

I guess you are closer , we out west have had not that quick of responce ,it seams to take 4-6 weeks , he has a lot to do .and not enough time. But he does have great products.

I can add a bit of info about that.
100s of orders go the same or next day, on in stock products.
When I have to manufacture and item, or have back ordered stock. or have other problems they do not go out as fast
I do always try to get what people need asap. But sometimes especially dealing with very small companies or cottage industries parts happen slowing..

Don't know if Phoenix is considered "west coast", but my stuff from Randy gets here in 3-4 days, sometimes less.

As Randy said, and anyone should know, if the item is on the shelf it will ship faster. If it has to be made, or is out of stock, then the delivery time will be longer. If I am ever needing something "yesterday" I simply ask Randy if he has it in stock. If not, he has told me of a source of where I might find the item and when he expects to have it himself.

Mr. Smith is like most of the people in this event who care. He wants you to be happy with his products and service.
