Picked up a copy of Frank's DVD on the Bi-Slob the other day and watched it over lunch with the family. The thing that strikes me the most about the video is that shows how relatively easy it is to fly the 'Slob with little to no experience. Many of the fliers shown are flying one for the first time and actually do quite well with only a few meetings with the ground. The biggest thing that I have found with flying a Bi-Slob is that you need to see how one flies so you know what it is capable of. This video does exactly that. There are plenty of examples of what can be done and would provide a first time flyer with something to shoot for. Additionally, there is some footage of the catch and release of an airplane in flight and the "slow wingover" that is unique to anything I have seen in CL flying.
I would say that this is a good buy for someone looking into purchasing and flying a Bi-Slob that has not seen what one can do. For those that have seen them fly before, it may be a worthwhile purchase for sharing and to see how other guys are flying.
